Day 1
Arrive, kit check
Into Ubud by afternoon, gear checked with the guide, and an early dinner before an early start.

Day 2
Canyoning
The Kalimudah gorge north of Ubud — abseils, jumps and natural slides through a river canyon, with a wetsuit and a guide roped to you.

Day 3
Agung
Off at eleven at night for the Pasar Agung route, on the summit ridge for sunrise at 3,031 m, and down by mid-morning. The hardest day of the trip.

Day 4
Recover, then move east
A slow morning on purpose, then the drive across to Amed with an afternoon snorkel off the Jemeluk wall.

Day 5
Tulamben, twice
Two dives on the Liberty wreck, the second on the deeper stern where the coral growth is heaviest. Night dive optional.

Day 6
Freedive and cycle
A morning freediving course off Amed, then a downhill ride from the Kintamani ridge back to the coast — 40 km, almost all of it descent.

Across to Lembongan
A fast boat to the island, a scooter to find your own way round it, and Devil's Tear at sunset when the swell is up.

Manta point
A drift dive at Manta Point off Penida, then Crystal Bay for the second. Cold thermoclines and real current — this is not a beginner's day.

First boat back to Sanur and straight on to the airport.
