Arrive, and a first look
In by early afternoon, kit check at the hotel, and an easy evening walking the creek to get the body clock across.

Day 2
Hatta
Ninety minutes into the Hajar mountains. Kayaks on the dam, the mountain-bike trail network at Hatta Wadi Hub, and back to Dubai for dinner.

Day 3
Jebel Jais
North to Ras Al Khaimah and up the highest road in the country. The Jais Flight zipline runs 2.8 km at 150 kph; the via ferrata is the slower way down.

Day 4
Coast and camp
Morning on the water at Al Hamra, then inland to a desert camp for the night — dune drive in, sandboarding while the light lasts, dinner over a fire.

Sunrise, then the city
